Hello! I am glad you found your way here.

I have been an instructor of yoga since 2002 and have been practicing since 1998. My study in many different styles of yoga and my life as an active person has influenced me as a teacher and a student. I use my yoga practice as a way to balance out what I do outside of the yoga realm. I am naturally a strong and tight person so, I understand what it is like to walk into a yoga class and feel intimidated, stiff, and unsure of what to do. I assure you, you are in the right place.

My goal as an instructor, whether in a class or working with someone one-on-one, is to create a space for you to learn about your body and heal your body, mind, and spirit. I will work you through specific postures to help you gain what you may not have at the moment: strength, flexibility, patience, focus All of these qualities are needed, not only in the but the mind to help you keep doing the things you love more safely and fully.

I have experience with people of varied backgrounds, all ages, and many different physical abilities- from professional dancers in NYC and hardcore athletes in Crested Butte trying yoga for the first time-- and everything in between.

I can help you take the first step or your next step in your practice. I encourage you to challenge what you think you can the limitlessness of what is possible.

Come take a class with me or work with me one-on-one. (see my Teaching Schedule page)

I look forward to meeting you and helping you achieve your best in the yoga room and outside of the yoga room.

I once thought that Yoga was just 'sitting in a room humming'. I have discovered that it is learning to be myself to the fullest that what we all want? Learning to live without fear and from a place that is real.
